1. Our return service
We stand behind everything we make. We have strong commitment to research and development of technologically advanced products to provide the highest performance in total comfort. If you run into problems regarding a defective product we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue. If for some reason you would like to change size or color, or exchange for a different product you can request a return.
What products can I return?
- Products are customized so they cannot be returned, except in the case of defective products. .
Returns for defective products:
- Santini guarantees it's products with regards to materials or manufacturing defects.
- In the event of defective product please follow the aforementioned return procedure. In order to process your defective product return please include a photo of the defect when submitting your request.
- After receipt of the Return Form for the defective goods, Santini will inform you if the return has been accepted and if you will receive a new product or will be refunded.
How does a refund work?
- The refund with be processed in most cases within a few days of the return confirmation. All refunds will be made within (30) days of the return confirmation.
- The refund will be credited using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
2. Crash Policy:
You bought a Santini product from our website or one of our resellers and on one of the first rides is gets damaged in a crash. No worries, we are here to help! We can't guarantee the replacement of the item but we can help you replace it with a 30% discount on our website on your next purchase.
How does the crash policy work?
- Click on the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of our website: www.santinicycling.com. Include a picture of the item that was damaged making sure that it is visibly clear that it is a Santini product. You will also need to provide proof that the item was purchased within three months of the request.
- You will receive a reply from our team once your request is processed, and provided it satifies the terms of our Crash Policy you will received a discount code to use on your next purchase. The discount code is valid exclusively on our website www.santinicycling.com and valid for three months from the issue date.
