Innovative rain jacket made with POLARTEC®’s unique Neoshell fabric (10000mm water column) fully thermosealed. Providing total protection in the wettest weather, while offering class leading breathability. Featuring aero, high-performance fit and elasticated water-proof hood for extra rain protection. The hood is made to be worn on top of your helmet to make sure your head stays as dry as your body and it is perfectly stored inside the back collar.
10000 mm water column
This garment is 10,000mm waterproof. This means that a test has been conducted where a long tube is placed over the fabric and the tube is then filled with water. 10,000mm or 10 metres (32.8 ft) is how far you could fill the tube before water would start to leak through the fabric. So in theory, you could stand out in the rain until 10,000mm of rain fall before you would start getting wet.
