ROLE OF KOMOOT: The “Desire the Cold” challenge (“the Challenge”) is hosted in the komoot app by komoot GmbH, Kienberger Allee 4, 12529 Schönefeld, Germany (“komoot”). Santini Spa is solely responsible for the discount code described below (“the Reward”) and for these rules (“the Rules”). Komoot only hosts the Challenge, tracks completion and awards the digital badge.

CHALLENGE PERIOD: October 28 October 2026 – 25 November 2026. The Challenge begins at 00:00 CET on October 28th, 2026, and ends at 23:59 CET on November 25th, 2026, and all activities (as explained below) must be recorded on komoot within this period (“the Challenge Period”).

TERRITORY: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, United Kingdom

ADMISSIBILITY: The Challenge is open to all participants who are 18 years of age or older on the date of registration and who have a free komoot account (no paid subscription is required). Santini employees, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, partners (including komoot), and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their spouses) and household members of each of them (whether related or not) (collectively, “exempt parties”) are not eligible to receive the discount code.

All applicable laws and regulations apply.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To participate, a komoot account is required, which can be opened for free. During the Challenge period, individuals who meet the above requirements may participate as follows: Sign up for the Challenge on komoot and ride a total of 200 kilometres and climb a total of 1500 metres of elevation gain, added up across all qualifying activities recorded during the Challenge Period.

QUALIFYING ACTIVITIES: Activities recorded with komoot or imported into komoot during the Challenge Period count towards the goal if they were recorded as Touring Bicycle, Road Bike, Mountain Bike or Gravel Bike, including their electrically assisted variants. There is no minimum duration per activity. For more information on how to sign up for komoot, visit www.komoot.com. Standard data usage fees from your online/phone service provider may apply.

REWARD: Every participant who completes the Challenge is entitled to the discount code. The number of codes is not limited, and there is no draw, ranking, or selection. All participants who complete the Challenge will see a notification in the komoot app with a link to Santini’s registration form. After completing and submitting the form, participants will automatically receive a message displayed on the confirmation screen containing a €50 discount code* to use on purchases of €150 or more on www.santinicycling.com.

The discount code is redeemable until December 31st, 2026, 23:59 CET.

*Discount code valid on full-price items only. Cannot be combined with other offers. Sale items are excluded. The code can be used once, only by the participant who received it, and is non-transferable; it has no cash value, cannot be used to purchase gift cards and is non-refundable. Santini’s standard Terms of Sale apply to any purchase made with the code. Santini may withdraw or amend the code only for serious grounds beyond its control (for example, widespread fraud); this does not apply to codes that have already been used.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The Challenge Period is fixed and applies in the same way to all participants (times in CEST/CET).

RULES: We expect all participants to abide by the komoot Community Guidelines (www.komoot.com/community/guidelines), and to follow all health advice and restrictions in your area before engaging in any physical activity. By registering for the Challenge you also accept the komoot Terms of Service (www.komoot.com/terms-of-service). GENERAL RULES: By entering this Challenge, participants declare that they are of legal age and accept these Rules.

Participation is voluntary. Please only take on rides that suit your fitness and health, and follow traffic rules and any health advice in your area.

Santini Spa is liable in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for willful misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

If the Challenge cannot run as planned for reasons beyond Santini’s or komoot’s reasonable control (for example, technical failures, fraud, or tampering), Santini Spa may modify, suspend, or end the Challenge, and will inform participants via komoot. Changes will not affect participants who have already completed the Challenge, who keep their right to the discount code.

FAIR PLAY: Santini Spa and komoot may disqualify any participant who tampers with activity data, submits false or manipulated data, uses automated tools, or otherwise violates these Rules or the komoot Terms of Service. Disqualification means forfeiture of the Reward. Any attempt to interfere with the Challenge, or with Santini’s or komoot’s websites or apps, may also be pursued under applicable law.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE A SANTINI WEBSITE OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CHALLENGE MAY CONSTITUTE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT OCCUR, SANTINI SPA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH PERSONS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

These Rules are provided in the languages of the markets in which the Challenge runs.

PRIVACY: Any personal information you provide in connection with the Challenge will be used by Santini Spa and administration to administer this Challenge, contact participants, and for the other purposes set forth in Santini Spa's privacy policy at Privacy Policy (www.santinicycling.com/en/pages/privacy-policy). By participating in this Challenge, you agree to the collection of personal information by Santini Spa and accept its privacy policy. Santini will send you information about its products, services and promotions only if you have given a separate, optional consent in the registration form. komoot processes your data in accordance with the komoot Privacy Policy (www.komoot.com/privacy).

Please note that UNDER EU LAW RELATING TO DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO ACCESS, MODIFY AND WITHDRAW YOUR PERSONAL DATA. TO EXERCISE THIS RIGHT, YOU MUST SUBMIT A WRITTEN REQUEST BY EMAIL TO info@santinisms.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

GOVERNING LAW: These Rules are governed by Italian law. This does not limit any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold under the laws of your country of residence, and you retain the right to bring a claim before the courts of your country of residence.

SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these Rules is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
