Santini was founded in Bergamo in 1965, driven by Pietro Santini’s passion for cycling. Since then, we have been designing and making technical cycling apparel in Italy, overseeing every stage in-house, from design to production.
ABOUT US
Designers, pattern makers, seamstresses, technicians and production specialists work side by side every day. Our garments are born from this combination of different skills and our constant dialogue with the world of cycling.
For over sixty years, we have worked according to the same principles: fit, performance, comfort and durability. These principles guide our choice of materials, our product development and the way we make our garments. The experience we have built over time is the foundation from which we continue to evolve.
MADE IN ITALY
Bergamo is our home. It is where Santini was born and where we continue to grow. It is also where we design and make every product.
Having development and production in the same place allows us to work closely on every garment, from the choice of materials and construction through to the final details. It is an approach that brings together manufacturing expertise and research and, for us, gives Made in Italy a tangible meaning.
We work with athletes, international partners and our local community to continuously develop and improve our products. Professional cycling has always been part of this process: a testing ground for materials, technologies and solutions that ultimately find their way into our collections.
For us, making our products in Italy means knowing exactly what we make, how we make it and the people who make it possible. This is our Made in Bergamo.
OUR MISSION
We design cycling apparel for people who experience cycling in different ways: those who race, those who spend long hours in the saddle and those who simply ride for the pleasure of it.
Performance is part of our DNA, but it is not limited to racing. It can mean protection when the weather changes, comfort after long hours in the saddle or a fit that stays precise, kilometre after kilometre.
Every garment is developed and tested for different weather conditions, distances and terrains, with the aim of finding the right balance between performance, comfort and durability.
Whether it is a race, a long training ride or a ride with friends, we want everyone who wears Santini to be able to rely on a garment that performs, is made to last and feels right in the saddle.
OUR HEADQUARTERS
Since 2021, our home has been a historic industrial site in Bergamo that we have brought back to life. A campus that brings together offices, research and production, surrounded by more than 10,000 square metres of green space.
This is where our collections take shape, from the first concept to the finished product. Working in the same place allows us to share expertise, exchange ideas every day and maintain a direct connection between those who design a garment and those who make it.
It is a way of working that we have pursued in Bergamo for over sixty years, using the experience we have built over time as the foundation for continued innovation.
