CODE OF CONDUCT: VALUES AND OBJECTIVES

Our company conducts its business in a way that reflects its values and long-term sustainability, and we are fully committed to ensure that the social and ethical implications of our operations among all our suppliers are considered responsibly: the terms of our Code of Conduct go beyond the conventions of the International Labor Organization, and all our suppliers are obliged to comply with national laws.

WORK: Suppliers must protect and respect the human rights of their employees and treat them with dignity and respect;

EMPLOYMENT: employment must be freely chosen without any discrimination (gender/religion/ethnicity/political or union affiliation/marital status);

CHILD LABOUR: We do not tolerate child labor;

ETHICS: Suppliers are expected to conduct their business ethically and act with integrity;;

HEALTH AND SAFETY: Suppliers are expected to provide a safe and healthy working environment and to operate in an environmentally responsible and efficient manner, taking into account industry knowledge and any specific risks;

ENVIRONMENT: All suppliers must work to minimize any negative impact on the environment. All relevant national and international environmental legislation must be respected in all production processes in the supply chain.

It is guaranteed freedom of association and right to collective bargaining;

ZERO TOLLERANCE LIST: Child labour/ Forced labour/ Minimum Wage / failure to comply with environmental and safety standards and laws.
