MIX & MATCH
Keep warm but grey strip peels off
They keep warm but I wouldn't recommend them for temperatures below 5 Celsius. Unfortunately, the grey strip peels off after a few rides.
Could be better!
This glove is good above 7 Celsius and it is only water resistant in light rain/drizzle. I have used it extensively through winter and my hands were often cold so if you look for winter gloves that can withstand lower temperatures and rain this is not it. I found these gloves to be ideal/optimal in Autumn and Spring. The grip is only good on rubber grips and tape but not on bare metal like aerobars. In fact, on the aerobars it is quite slippery and that was disappointing and frankly dangerous. Again, if you are using aerobars without tape or else be aware of it. Mine also had stitching problems and started to fall apart within months so quality wise I was also not extremely happy. The feature I liked the most is its lightness, the way it feels and the fact that I could use the mobile phone without having to remove the glove. The reflective strip is a total waste in my opinion as when I signal my intention to turn you can barely see the reflective strip. Maybe a better design could help improving visibility. Not a very technical glove in my personal opinion, expensive for what it offers and let’s be honest let down by the quality. Would I buy it again? Only in sale at 50% discount.
Warm, thin glove
Warm glove (between 6-11 degrees) and thin enough to feel your Di2 shifters.
Downside of the thickness is that there is not a padding in the handpalm. Grip is good and fit is very comfortable. All in all I recommend this glove to everybody.
