5000 mm water column
Questo capo è impermeabile 5.000 mm. Ciò significa che è stato condotto un test in cui un lungo tubo viene posizionato sul tessuto e il tubo viene quindi riempito d'acqua. 5.000 mm o 5 metri (16,4 piedi) è quanto è possibile riempire il tubo prima che l'acqua inizi a fuoriuscire attraverso il tessuto. Quindi, in teoria, potresti rimanere sotto la pioggia fino a quando cadono 5.000 mm di pioggia prima di iniziare a bagnarti.

It is my second adpat short, I am very satisfied with this product, despite being thin it is very effective against the cold (even below zero degrees) and against the rain.
Superb quality
Bought that bib for the higher mountains, the material quality is exceptional, only I missed the C3 padding instead the existing G.I.T but its also could be ok.
The sizing is a bit different like it usual by Santini, so you can choose easy one size smaller.

Everything you need, nothing you don’t want
After a while you don’t know they’re there. When first worn you notice the softness and the warmth of the wool. The legs don’t grip so tight that pulling them over leg-warmers is a trial of strength, but tight enough to keep everything in place. The braces (suspenders for are American cousins) are soft but not too stretchy and the woollen back panel keeps the base of the back nice and warm. In short (pun intended), excellent.
Instantly amazed once I wore it
Living in Belgium, once the cold comes, you embrace it, or at least do your best. I figured I was not ready for full tights yet so I looked into the Adapt bib shorts; Best choice I made. Before owning them, I was wearing a pair of summer shorts at 9 degrees and found my upper thighs frozen. Once I put these on and rode home, it was as different as night and day. My upper thighs were perfect and my lower exposed legs were cold, proof that the polartec inner fleece lining works! If you like to ride in cold weather but still show off a little leg, these bib shorts are for you.
