MONICA GUALANDRIS
From her high school years focused on educational psychology, art has been a constant theme in Monica’s life. Her passion for drawing and artistic techniques has grown through courses and encounters with artists, leading her to explore new forms of expression. The path seemed set: the Academy of Fine Arts of Brera in Milan, where she earned a degree in Visual Arts, followed by a specialization in Graphics.
Monica created her own little corner, a small studio in her home garage, where she escapes whenever she has a free moment to bring her ideas to life and devote herself to painting. With a busy life split between work and family, free time is scarce, but every moment spent painting is an inspiration to her. After an experience as a junior graphic designer for a children's ski products company, Monica has been part of our team since 2014, where she brings her talent and enthusiasm for design and creativity.
BARBARA CADEO
Barbara, after training as a Graphic Designer, has developed a broad and in-depth professional path. Over the years, she has managed various projects, from creating catalogues and ad campaigns to crafting customized designs. She has also curated photo shoots and handled the post-production process. At Santini, Barbara found the ideal space to combine her passions for fashion and art, collaborating with the creative team to bring unique graphics to life.
Barbara is an outgoing and collaborative person, capable of working with dedication and transparency, values she brings to all her projects. She has a love for modern art, with favourite artists including Egon Schiele, Pablo Picasso, Gustav Klimt, and Alberto Burri. In her free time, she enjoys cycling, hiking, horseback riding, and traveling, activities that relax her and provide fresh creative inspiration.
ANDREA GIASSI
After earning a diploma in Advertising Graphics, Andrea continued his studies at NABA in Milan, specializing in Graphic Design & Art Direction. His career took shape step by step, beginning at a small print shop where he learned digital printing techniques, before moving into the world of packaging at a cardboard manufacturing company. His curiosity pushed him further: he joined a communications agency, developing logos, brand identities, and advertising campaigns, deepening his understanding of visual communication.
At Santini, Andrea has found the ideal place to fully express his creativity, helping to make our jersey designs truly unique. His inspiration comes from the people and places around him, from details in everyday life that he transforms into distinctive elements of each garment. With his designs, Andrea aims to create jerseys that are not only aesthetically perfect but also authentic symbols of Made in Italy.
MARCO DI STEFANO
Marco has been part of the Santini family for nearly a decade. After several years working as a plotter printer, where he honed his technical skills, he made the leap to the design department, where he now fully expresses his creativity. His transition into design has allowed him to combine practical skills with a strong artistic sensibility, contributing to the creation of unique graphics.
Marco's passions span various forms of artistic expression: from manual and digital design to music, with a particular interest in composition, as well as manga, cinema, and video games. It is in these worlds that he finds a rich source of inspiration, where stories, images, and sounds come together to shape his creativity. These interests are reflected in his projects, where each element results from a personal interpretation that makes his work unmistakable.
ALICE PAOLINO
Alice has built a rich and multifaceted career, embracing various areas of design and fashion. After studying fine arts and graduating in Fashion Design at NABA in Milan, she gained significant experience, her versatility leading her to work in both artisanal and luxury contexts, honing technical and creative skills that now enrich our team.
Among her passions, aside from her love for animals, are art, fashion, comics, and laughter. Alice is shy with strangers, but when she opens up, she reveals an extroverted and playful side, bringing a touch of cheer and positivity to the work environment. At Santini, she has found the perfect place to express her creative talent, surrounded by people who share her values.
SIMONE BERZI
Simone received an artistic education at an art school, specializing in Graphic Design and enhancing his knowledge through courses in photography and drawing. His professional experience has grown across various communication agencies, where he worked on graphics in all its forms: from creating brand identities and websites to designing catalogues, brochures, stand graphics, and commercial photography. This variety of projects has refined his skills, establishing a solid and versatile approach to design.
A minimalist at heart, Simone favours simple geometric shapes and clear visual order in every work, applying the philosophy of "Less is more" in both graphic design and photography and drawing. His passions reflect this approach: he loves visual communication, art, graphics, and photography, finding inspiration also in nature, travel, and long walks in the open air.
CRISTINA MINETTI
Cristina is a designer specializing in creating minimalist and functional projects, with the goal of transforming complex ideas into elegant, simple solutions. With a diploma in advertising graphics, she has enriched her skills through a varied professional journey and creative projects that have allowed her to develop a multifaceted view of design.
Cristina is known for her attention to detail, precision, and care at every stage of the creative process. Driven by a constant search for new challenges, Cristina is determined to grow and continuously innovate in the field of design, carrying forward a vision that combines functionality and aesthetics with rigor and simplicity.
FRANCESCA CACCIAMATTA
Francesca is a creative, reserved, and curious person, with a keen attention to detail and a strong aversion to superficial approaches. Empathetic and collaborative, she combines precision and determination in her work. In her free time, she loves to travel, explore cities while observing every detail, spend time with friends and family, be outdoors, and engage in sports.
Passionate about foreign languages, she studied with enthusiasm and gained work experiences abroad, carefree yet formative periods that enriched her career as a designer. Fashion is one of her greatest passions and the focus of her studies and career, continuously inspired by art and architecture. These elements are reflected in her projects, characterized by contrasting colours and bold, geometric lines.
